Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
1) No returns, refunds or exchanges on all Dress designs, even without any measurements given.
2) It is important to provide the correct measurements and sizes on dress designs to insure proper fit MelissaJane Boutique will not be held responsible for customer sizing errors.
3) Cancellation : Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours, as fabrics are on order.
4) No dresses returned Strict Policy.
5) By placing an order with MelissaJane Boutique, you hereby agree to the the above described Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges policy."
6) MelissaJane policy is strict on orders and has the right to refuse a order.
7) All Embellishments on the dresses, we do try out hardest to give the customer the same as shown on the photos, if for some reason the embellishment is no longer available by our supplier, we will do our up most to get very similar for you, this is beyond our control with our suppliers being out of stock

Caution: Some of our items contain small parts and are not intended for children under age 3. Never leave your child unattended while wearing our items. None of our items are intended for sleepwear. Apparel made with feathers may cause skin irritation.

Rush Orders: 10 Business Days, Plus Shipping.
Reserve: Reserve your items for a 7 day rental. Choose a start date that is two-to-three days before your event. Example: Day 1 - Receive your rental; Day 2 - Try everything on; Day 3 – Accessorize; Day 4 Wear items for your event; Day 7 - Return by end of day.
Receive: Your items will arrive by United States Postal Service (USPS) by the end of the day for standard shipping, which is 11:00pm.
Return: Returns are free! Just package your items in the reusable packaging and mail with your included prepaid return label by the end of the day on your return date. You can mail from home or any post office location. Your return must be scanned in by a carrier or post office location on your return date to avoid late fees. Do NOT wash or dry clean. We take care of everything.
Your credit card will be charged the rental fee, shipping and any applicable sales tax. You are not charged anything additional unless an item is returned late, not returned at all, or damaged beyond repair.
When you place an order with MelissaJane, you agree that we may charge your card in the event items are not returned or are damaged. If reparable the cost of repairs will be charged up to the cost of replacing the design. You card is not authorized or charged for this as long as items are returned on time and undamaged.
What if I don’t return my rental on time?
There is a $50 per day late fee for rentals not returned on time. If a problem arises, or your event date changes, such as a photo shoot getting rescheduled, you must contact us and we will see if we can make arrangements to help you. We will also advise as to the cost of the additional rental time.
What if I lose my rented items?
We understand life with children can be hectic. However, because some of our items are extremely hard to replace, you will be charged up to 200% of the retail or market value of an item, depending on the replacement cost.
How does shipping work?
You pay for basic ground shipping when you make a reservation which varies depending on where the item is shipping to and date needed. We provide a prepaid return shipping label that you can mail from home or drop at a post office. It is imperative that you hand the package to someone to ensure that the package is accepted for tracking purposes. Packages left in unlocked mailboxes or porches etc. that become lost will remain your responsibility.
How do I return my items?
Do NOT dry clean, wash, or repair any items. We take care of everything. Place your items in the original reusable packaging, affix the prepaid return shipping label and send back by your return date. You can mail your items from home or work, or drop at any USPS location.
How does cleaning work?
We take care of cleaning. All items are professionally cleaned and inspected between rentals.

Your privacy is very important to us and we will take all measures to protect your personal information. What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information needed as it relates to your order. This may include your: Billing Address Shipping Address Email Address Phone Number Credit Card Information
In addition we may also collect information such as your IP address, browser type, and URL data.
This data is used to help prevent hacking attempts, what web browsers people are using, and to find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.
How Is My Information Used? Your information is only used to fill your order.
We do not sell or redistribute your information to any third party. Security and Storage Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server.
This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server.
We do not store your Credit Card data. Cookies and Browser Information Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents.

Reporting Value on Customs Declarations: International regulations require that the value of your item is to be declared on all customs forms. Some countries may charge a customs fee upon receipt of your package. Please check with your country's postal regulations prior to purchasing, as the customs charge, if any, it will be your responsibility thank you.
MelissaJane Boutique will not be held Responsible for lost packages that have been shipped out with tracking numbers given, Customer are Responsible to contact there customs to clear packages thank you.
